Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In some cases, an order may be delayed due to high order volume, postal service problems, or other variables that may be outside of our control.
Shipping Options
Shipping costs very depending on weight and your shipping zone.
Standard Shipping: The most cost effective shipping option and typically takes 2 - 7 days to ship. Available for packages under 16 oz. For example, items like a single T-Shirt, Tank top, or Hat.
Upgraded Shipping: Still very affordable and typically takes 2 - 7 days to ship. This is required for items that weigh more than 16 oz. For example, 2 or more T-Shirts, or a single Hoodie or pair of Joggers.
Rush Shipping: Extremely fast shipping but more expensive. Available for packages of all sizes.

Carriers
Most orders are mailed with USPS first class or priority mail, though from time to time we may use different shipping carriers at our discretion. For example, larger orders maybe shipped with ups. Most international orders are shipped with Ascendia or USPS International.
International Shipping
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the united states may be subject to import taxes (including VAT), customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Dex Official is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dexofficial.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
